Intimidated by studio/class settings? Have something specific that you’d like to work on? Want to combine yoga, meditation and breath with trauma work or coaching? Private sessions are a great way to personalize your practice and create the results YOU most want. Contact me for rates and information.

You can also book me to teach a yoga class just for your party or group. BRIGHT FUTURE FLOW BENEFITING ALLISON GRIGSBY SWEATMAN FOR ARKANSAS STATE SENATE: Join me for a virtual yoga flow inspired by the bright future message of the Allison for Arkansas campaign. Allison is a fellow social worker, and she’s running for the Arkansas Senate in District 13 (Maumelle, North Little Rock, Sherwood, and Jacksonville). I’m supporting Allison because she’s fighting for educational opportunities that every single student and parent can call outstanding, to bring mental healthcare into the forefront of the conversation about healthcare, and to fix our broken foster care system.

Suggested donation is $25 to attend, and all additional donations are appreciated! Attendees will be sent a link to attend the day prior to the event.

Here’s the link to sign up or make a contribution for a brighter future for Arkansas:

I’m beyond excited to bring the benefits of yin yoga to the Lakewood neighborhood of North Little Rock! This class is open to all, is beginner-friendly, and accessible no matter your body size or shape or level of fitness. The mission of the organizers is “to foster community yoga for every BODY.” YES. I’m into it!
